The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend, alter, amend, or terminate this Agreement at any time. Should the Company alter or amend this Agreement, your continued use of the Services following the Effective Date of such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Trader Representations
The Services include various offerings such as simulated foreign exchange trading tools on the FOREX market, analytical tools, training materials, access to the Client Section for further services, and simulated trading with other financial instruments. The simulations use financial market information, but it is important to understand that the trading conducted is not actual trading in all cases. The funds used in demo accounts are fictional, and you acknowledge that these funds have no real-world value and are not withdrawable or usable outside the Services. Additionally, no earnings or compensation will be awarded based on your simulated trading results, nor are you liable for any losses.
It is clarified that the Services provided are not to be considered as investment services under applicable laws. The Provider does not offer investment advice or recommendations, nor does it accept or consider investment suggestions or strategies from you. No employee or representative of the Provider is authorized to offer investment advice. Should any communication from our staff be misconstrued as investment advice, the Provider disclaims any responsibility for such interpretations.
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, have the mental capacity to enter into this Agreement, and do not violate any applicable laws or agreements by using the Services. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a third party or a business entity, you assert that you are duly authorized to act on behalf of such party or entity.
During your engagement with the Company, note that actual trading is not provided. Traders who successfully pass the Company's assessment will be allocated simulated capital for trading in a demo environment under specific agreements with Matrix AI. Matrix AI may offer general information and data about investment strategies solely for educational and informational purposes. The Company does not suggest taking any action based on this information.
Limited License
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for intended purposes. Any unauthorized use of the Services, including scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized linking, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
Your use of the Services does not confer any rights to the intellectual property of the Company or its third-party contractors. You agree to use the Services only as permitted by this Agreement, and you acknowledge that all rights not explicitly granted are reserved by the Company.
Matrix AI reserves the right to substitute your trading software if necessary. Continuous service provision is aimed for but not guaranteed.
Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from using the Services in any manner that violates laws or third-party rights. Unauthorized activities include, but are not limited to, scraping, hacking, unauthorized linking, and engaging in activities that disrupt the service or violate intellectual property rights.
The Company also prohibits the use of the Services in any trading strategy that is expressly forbidden by the “Broker”, including exploiting pricing errors, using insider information, or engaging in activities that might negatively affect the relationship with brokers or lead to regulatory issues.
Educational Use
The Company does not provide formal education but identifies individuals who demonstrate trading acumen. Information provided by the Company is for general educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
Account Creation
When registering as a Trader, you will provide personal information and create unique login credentials. It is crucial to keep this information confidential and inform the Company immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Purchases and Refunds
The Company may offer products and services for a fee, and the terms of these transactions are subject to change. By making a purchase, you agree that the Company is not liable for any issues arising from these transactions. No refunds are provided once a purchase is made.
Conduct
Traders are expected to conduct themselves professionally and avoid any form of discrimination or harassment. Breaches of conduct may lead to termination of your engagement with the Company.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability:
The Company provides the Services and the Company website 'as is' without any warranties. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services or for any inaccuracies on the website. Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services or $1,000, whichever is less.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Company against any losses or legal fees arising from your use of the Services, violations of this Agreement, or violations of any laws or third-party rights.
